« Wild garlic » day

We were 18 on 30th April, including six new people passionate about nature and sharing, who saw our ad in the newspaper and joined us to discover wild garlic, this wonderful gift from nature when springtime comes.

It was a joyful moment, the group was homogeneous and we all got along very well. The weather was nice and the enchanting place was home to a generous nature, offering thousands of plants with large green leaves, sprinkled with little flowers gathered in small balls like an impressionist painting at the edge of a wood. We left the turmoil of the the French elections for a moment of calm and serenity, out of space and time.

After our harvest, we naturally addressed topics like permaculture and biomimicry, while we were enjoying the taste of our different pestos, soups, dishes steamed or in a wok, all cooked with the star of the day: wild garlic.

Thanks to donations, we made a profit of 325 euros, which will help us improve the meals for our orphans in Vietnam.
